Print the FPSC Challan Form
You now have 4 pieces of the FPSC Challan form.
First, we complete the First Part of the Challan form.
Fill out the FPSC Challan Form
Now, as shown in the image above, enter the name of the bank as NBP.
Enter the bank branch code, for example, 0577
Enter the name of the district of this branch, for example. Lahore
Write your name
Write your own CNIC number
skip the clerk box
Write the case number for the job you are applying for. e.g. file no. F.4-7/2020-R
Enter the name of the publication, for example. assistant Manager
Write the rate in numbers and words, for example, 300/- and three hundred.
2nd, 3rd and 4th part of Challan form
You should notice that the other three parts are the same as part 1. Now you need to complete these 3 parts exactly the same as part 1 as described above by Parco Pakistan.

Now, after filling out all parts of the FPSC Challan form, you will go to the bank where you want to submit the Challan form. The bank officer will present your challan form and return 1-2 copies of the challan form, and leave 2-3 parts in the bank. You must keep your receipt. You will be asked to present a receipt for this challan at the test and interview.
